In this work, professors and students of the Professional Master's Program of the Postgraduate Program in Management and Technological Innovation in Health at the Federal University of Sergipe (PPGITS-UFS) combined their skills to bring to light practical responses both to help improve management processes also to technologies in the treatment of diseases. It is a book built by the gathering of interdisciplinary knowledge. Its chapters meet the guidelines for assisting the decisions of public managers, techno-scientific development and present concepts of innovation processes, information and communication technologies, as well as their impact on performance in the hospital environment.
